<p><em>This community service program aims to enhance the readiness of students at MA Ma’arif Sukorejo in facing their future, whether in continuing higher education, entering the workforce, or developing entrepreneurial potential. The background of this activity is based on observations showing that most madrasah students still lack a clear career direction and adequate life skills. The implementation method employed a participatory approach and interactive training, including motivational seminars and career guidance sessions. The results of the program indicate a significant improvement in students’ learning motivation, career awareness, and self-confidence. A total of 85% of participants stated that they felt more prepared to determine their future direction after the activities, while 78% reported increased motivation to pursue higher education. In addition to benefiting students, the program also strengthened the role of the madrasah as an educational institution capable of shaping adaptive, productive, and morally grounded generations. This activity highlights the importance of synergy between madrasahs and universities in preparing young generations to be ready for college, ready for work, and ready to contribute creatively. It is expected that this program can serve as a sustainable model for career development and entrepreneurship within the madrasah environment.</em></p>

<p><em>Speaking skill is a productive competence that serves as a key indicator of successful Arabic language learning in Islamic senior high schools (madrasah). However, in practice, many students still face psychological and linguistic barriers, such as low self-confidence, limited vocabulary (mufradat), lack of fluency, and inaccuracies in sentence structure (tarkib). This community service program aimed to empower students through the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology as an interactive, adaptive, and reflective medium for speaking practice. The program was implemented at MA Ma’arif Sukorejo over a one-month period using participatory and collaborative approaches. The implementation stages included preparation (initial observation and module development), conceptual training on the use of AI in Arabic language learning, guided practice through AI-based dialogue and monologue simulations, as well as intensive mentoring and evaluation. The results demonstrated increased student participation in classroom activities, greater courage and self-confidence in speaking, and improved ability to organize and deliver ideas more systematically and communicatively. Instant feedback provided by the AI system enabled students to independently correct structural and pronunciation errors. Therefore, the use of AI proved to be effective as a self-directed practice tool in enhancing the quality of maharah al-kalam (Arabic speaking skills). This program recommends the structured and systematic integration of AI into Arabic language instruction in madrasah while maintaining the teacher’s role as the primary facilitator.</em></p>
