Menyiapkan Generasi Madrasah Yang Siap Kuliah, Siap Bekerja Dan Siap Berkarya
Abstract
This community service program aims to enhance the readiness of students at MA Ma’arif Sukorejo in facing their future, whether in continuing higher education, entering the workforce, or developing entrepreneurial potential. The background of this activity is based on observations showing that most madrasah students still lack a clear career direction and adequate life skills. The implementation method employed a participatory approach and interactive training, including motivational seminars and career guidance sessions. The results of the program indicate a significant improvement in students’ learning motivation, career awareness, and self-confidence. A total of 85% of participants stated that they felt more prepared to determine their future direction after the activities, while 78% reported increased motivation to pursue higher education. In addition to benefiting students, the program also strengthened the role of the madrasah as an educational institution capable of shaping adaptive, productive, and morally grounded generations. This activity highlights the importance of synergy between madrasahs and universities in preparing young generations to be ready for college, ready for work, and ready to contribute creatively. It is expected that this program can serve as a sustainable model for career development and entrepreneurship within the madrasah environment.
